Bug Description
Since the switch to lists on the front page, there are two files handling lists:
lists.php and index.php
Changes to one are not reflected in the other.
So there are inconsitencies. The highlighted tab still shows as 'Map', the links to 'What's this?' don't show for twitter. Today link takes you to lists.php, not index.php and so on.
Really needs a rewrite of index.php to replace lists.php.

Made a quick change to fix the links part of this, and the tab part, but the re-write of index.php needs work - moved that to a blueprint
