videobin contract does nothing

Bug Description
When I right click a video file in pantheon-files there's an option called 'VideoBin', when I click it. Nothing happens.
I'd never seen it before either.
The contract for it is:

Name=VideoBin
Icon=videobin
Description=Upload to videobin.org (Beta)
MimeType=video
Exec=videobin-
I only get GTK errors when I try to run 'videobin-uploader' manually.
