Allow to set dark theme per web app

For some pages it would improve the looks if it was possible to set dark theme (e.g. Spotify).

Right now webby try to check what theme variant to use. In the case of Spotify, dark theme is used, so I don't understand your problem.

It wasn't for me when using Webby with play.spotify.com. I currently can't check it again though.
