Bug Description

We need to support the HTML fullscreen API. The way this will work is that there will be a WebView.fullscreenRequested signal with a boolean indicating whether the site wants to enter or exit fullscreen. The application will then set WebView.fullscreen accordingly (after prompting the user) and will also be responsible for hiding application chrome and making the top-level window fullscreen on platforms that support it
