Bug Description

closing a tab needs to be implemented per design spec (can't remeber if press and hold or swipe down). current impl is a left/right swipe that does not seem to work on device.

please re-enable the close_tab autopilot tests once the final behavior is implemented

From our latest discussions with design, the desired behaviour for the current tabs view implementation is long press to enter close mode, pretty much like in the running apps lens to close running applications.
