Bug Description

If you pinch-zoom with one of your fingers landing on a link, that link is opened when your fingers are released from the screen.

How to reproduce:
- Open web browser
- place thumb on a link and pinch-zoom
- after releasing your fingers, often the link is clicked and the browser loads that page

Expected:
- all clicks should be ignored during a pinch-zoom, even if one finger enters/leaves the screen first

Environment:
HARDWARE=grouper
JENKINS_BUILD=saucy-16
UBUNTU=ubuntu-touch-saucy-armhf
ubuntu/platform-api=:69
hybris=0.1.0+git20130606+c5d897a-0ubuntu2

I wouldn’t say this happens often (it took me quite a few attempts to initially reproduce the issue, and I can’t reproduce it reliably all the time), however I do see it happen occasionally.

This is soo annoying! Even more so since when going back, it is zoomed out again. Then you try to zoom in again and hit another link. If browsing in landscape mode you have to switch to portrait each time in order to reach the toolbar and the back button. After three or four times in a row I usually lose patience and throw the phone somewhere ;).

This is _the_ most annoying UI bug on the phone currently. Having it open random links on zoom is aggravating!
