Bug Description
If someone opens a page with target="_blank" this will open a new tab, but the browser doesn't show or tell the user that it will open a new tab.

Desired solution:
As discussed below, following video shows new tab opening. The transition should be the same regardles if new page opened by pulling page down or with target="_blank"
