I guest that this bug can be close, because this packages are now just empty:
libufe-xidgetter0
xul-ext-unity
xul-ext-websites-integration
webaccounts-extension-common
xul-ext-webaccounts

And xul-ext-ubufox is already signed.

But, we should check the ubuntu-desktop package to remove recommendations of:
xul-ext-unity
xul-ext-webaccounts

The recommendations have been removed from the ubuntu desktop seed as far as I can see http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/seeds/ubuntu.wily/desktop
