Release 15.04 of ubuntu-html5-theme does not work with the camera tutorial UI

I am trying to use the tool to run the cordova camera application on my MX4 device (15.04)

The project I used was from the tutorial: http://developer.ubuntu.com/en/apps/html-5/tutorials/cordova-camera-app-tutorial/

The tool works well with 14.10, but it does not work with 15.04. Attached please find the captured screenshot on my MX4 device.

To clarify the issue, the command line tool is not at fault. To reproduce the issue :

ubuntu-htlm5-theme install 15.04
-> this will install the 15.04 release of the toolkit into the www/ambiance sub-directory.

When starting the app on the phone, this displays the spinner cut in half, and no button appears. By comparison, if installing the 14.10 release of ubuntu-html5-theme into the application displays the interface properly, ie without a spinner and with a button.

At the very least, the recommendation is to stick to the 14.10 release of the toolkit. This 14.10 can be used with an app running with either the 14.10 framework, or 15.04. ubuntu-sdk-15.04 doesn't add anything particular wrt cordova or HTML5 UI toolkit.

I updated the code of the tutorial which was at fault. It should be working now.

I also updated the online documentation for the cordova tutorial to fix the order and position of the UbuntuUI initialization
