Bug Description

As mentioned in https://bugs.launchpad.net/webapps-core/+bug/1556725 the Here Maps application can be stuck in using a newer online version. By configuring a hook to clean its cache on uninstall, the webapp would let users more easily switch between the old or newer (beta) online version.
