[Gmail] No notification displayed, no sound, no vibration

Test case.
- Open Gmail weapp.
- Login.
- Lock the device.
- From another desktop, send an email to the account.

Expected results.
- After a while, a notification is displayed in the screen, with a sound and a vibration.

Actual results.
- LED turns blue but no notification, no sound and no vibration.
