unity-webapps-common package breaks upgrades

A recent change to this package has broken Ubuntu. The package should be tested before uploading to the archives.

Hey Robert, can you check Stephen's report here. I think the issue may have been due to the webbrowser-app dependency, but if that's another problem,, can you check. Thanks

Oddly I cannot reproduce this on my system! But it's trivial to see that both packages are providing this icon. I'll delete it from webapps.
