Bug Description

This code breaks the integration scripts:

// This placeholder gets munged with real data at build time.
const WebappsGettextDict = JSON.parse(unescape(

When run in javascript console, it raises "SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input". The JSON string must be changed to something like

const WebappsGettextDict = JSON.parse(unescape("{}"));
