add support for drag and drop from and onto desktop apps

i think adding drag and drop as an other solution then using "update...", "dowload...", "open with...", "save as",... fuctions (buttons,...) will be very useful
For example, if i want to download a video from facebook or youtube, usually i need using extensions and clicking on many buttons, But if i can just drag and drop the video (from the video player used by the site) onto the folder (nautilus,...) or onto the video player (totem,...) will be more useful and easier
i think that this future can be integred to almost of the supported sites and used as
some things if it's possible to be supported, it will be realy very great:
-share any files (video, music, photo, doc,..) with D&D to the site (social sites, streaming sites,...)
-upload and download files from storge sites (like U1, owncloud, G-Drive,...) by D&D just like D&D files on file browsers
-open files with desktop apps by D&D them from the web page onto the app (for ex: photo onto eog, video onto totem, doc onto libreOffice, ISO onto brasero, music onto rhythmbox,....)
-open files with web apps (google Docs,...) by D&D them to the page web
-buy musics by D&D onto a folder (needs some confs from the page web before the download starts)
-...
