The Refunds link on the Registration page points to:

But opening this page results in a 404.

Thanks for the report;
This is the correct page on the conference site, i.e. the registration software is referring to the correct place (nothing to fix in web2conf), and the page indeed did not exist - and has since been created for the 2010 conference - so it is now a valid link, so this should no longer be an issue.
