pay view does not list other people's conference fee directly after adding one

Using sqlite

If I'm on the pay view and add another attendee for whom I will pay ("Register and pay for somebody else") the total is correct, but "Other people's conference fees" is listed with 0.00:

If I refresh the page the listing is complete.
