For 2010, and onwards:

t2_person needs to split into multiple tables, collected by concern, something like:

- user login and contact info;
- conference registration info;
- finanacials per person;

Person login / id should be sufficient and no more than necessary for "single logon" for both sides of the site (django / web2py).
Conference portion should include indicator for conference year (conference date?)

there are probably other data items to look over, but this is for starters.

Also - may want to use single-sign on or google-id (if using google checkout) as an option...
