Bug Description
in models/db.py:
class IS_IN_SET3
Fails to do correct operation if person editing record is not same as person _in_ record (e.g. a manager).
Example Use Case:
Person registered for tutorial which is full;
Manager changes person's badge name;
Update fails because "person" making the change is not the person in record, and tutorial is already full.
