Bug Description

* Tutorials selection needs work. Four groups of radio buttons would
be best (one for each day & session), with "none" the default.

Also, web2py tutorial on form is shown as $3, but incurs $80 in amount due - I know this is a demo, but in general, all the amounts should be derived so they will be consistent (that is, no "hard wired" money amounts, all from a common data source).

Also, need to collect tutorial registration counts (late) and match to available rooms (room capacity count), so tutorial registration cutoff can be made.

placeholder for next year (2010) - review design, and see about adding tutorial registration limits based on size (or some input value), possibly "full" and "waitlist" status (could help schedule additional session???).

UPDATE:

Tutorial selections:

View improvements:
- want internal window to come up with selection for timeslots;
- selecting a timeslot will bring another embedded window with choices for that timeslot

Data:

- tutorials will be in database;
- tutorial caps will be in database (and manager adjustable; right now these two things are "constants")
- pricing also in database;

Logic:

- provide waitlist option;
- google Moderator style of early tutorial suggestion / creation (want to limit to specific kinds of categories, but allow registrant to suggest a topic w/ a short description, and others to vote / select)

This last piece will take some thinking, but want to capture the concept somewhere (probably will need to break it out into a separate feature)
