Bug Description
The web team is setting up an instance of the Roundup bug tracker to help the Core team track tasks.
We should have an Explainer that documents to the web team how the tracker works.
I (Asheesh) am planning to write this document based on what I find about how it's set up, but it will only be partially written because it's only partially set up!
