Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
0) Visit http://swarthmore.freeculture.org/wiki/ and see how you can browse around with no problem
1) Log into the Swarthmore wiki (ask me for my user/pass I suppose, I don't want to post my password publicly)
2) Visit any page on the wiki
3) Observe "HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request."

I think this is worth fixing even though the Swarthmore wiki doesn't need much editing if the chapter is dead, because I would like to ask for a wiki for the NYLS chapter and I'd like to make sure chapter wikis are working properly :P Also this is probably the chapter wiki with the most useful content and historical interest, so it should be well-preserved.
