Bug Description
We need to:
* Move primary DNS service onto the GANDI VM (off Asheesh's personal server)
* Adjust zone file to reflect this fact
* Tell Kees Cook to slave from the new server IP address
* Adjust the freeculture.org zone in the .org registry
