Need calendar system

We need a calendar system for FreeCulture.org meetings.

Need:
* Available on the web
* Exportable (e.g. iCal, RSS, etc.)
* Can be edited by multiple people
* FOSS and standards-compliant

Highly preferable:
* Able to auto-export new calendar items to email (i.e. I add a new meeting on the calendar, it automatically emails that new meeting to the Volunteers list); preferably able to define multiple email addresses for export

Also preferable:
* Sub-calendars per team and/or task -- allows us to add deadlines, etc.

Also maybe preferable:
* Able to aggregate personal calendars from volunteers -- allows to us to see when people are busy/free, etc.

Wishlist:
* Able to be well-integrated with our other Web services in the future, including single-login, etc.

one possible solution: a calendar plugin for wordpress. a few of them export ical.
