Bug Description
The Mudbag web interface for the old chapters database is missing... can we get this back up? We'll probably need it for transitioning easily to the new chapters database anyway once that is finished, and I'd like to be able to fix the chapters on our Chapters page at the moment.
Asheesh said that b/c Mudbag requires PHP4 (stupid abandonware) it's not as simple as rescuing the Mudbag files from the old site, it requires Apache hackery.

Actually kind of important with the expected upcoming press attention... the chapters page should be in order and not displaying defunct chapters or incorrect contact info.
