Indicator takes up too much space

Bug Description

The weather indicator currently takes up too much space in the indicator area, which is designed to save space. There are two things which cause this:

1. The temperature is too precise. The temperature is generally not needed to the accuracy of one or more decimal places in the indicator area. An integer would be sufficient as a more precise temperature can be found in the menu.

2. The gap between the weather icon and temperature is quite large. This is especially noticeable in Natty, where the space between indicators is smaller than in Maverick and Lucid. The gap is in fact larger than the one used by the GNOME clock applet (see attachment).

Currently there is no way to control margins between label and icon in current indicator implementation. So rounding temperature valeu to integer seems like a good idea.

Without the option of showing the tempature, the space is to wide.
With the stabel and the unstable builds.

With showing tempature it's all ok, without it's not.
