Bug Description
What I experience:
After bug #1195366 was fixed Weather Indicator works nicely behind the proxy when I'm at work.
But when I'm at home where there is no proxy Weather Indicator doesn't start.
I see in the log file that Weather Indicator uses the proxy settings even if I set proxy to 'none' in the Ubuntu network settings.
How it should be:
Weather Indicator should read the Ubuntu network settings to be able to properly start in proxy/non-proxy environments.
1. I have the latest version of weather-indicator installed (13.7.1).
2. I have the latest version of python-pywapi installed (0.3.6-0).
3. No output for pywapi test.
4. No output for indicator tests.
I'm on Ubuntu 13.04 with latest updates (Oktober 17th, 2013).
