Bug Description
Looks like mpg123 decoder is slow to detect network problems when connecting to a stream (not a file on the 'net).

When the stream is very slow but does not disconnect, it send data steadily but very slowly, mpg123 keeps returning MPG123_NEED_MORE. Now there's watcher for this.
