Bug Description
when I was going to create an audit from audit template (Launch Audit), it reports an error like the following:
2021-06-02 09:38:56.002742 Action ('launched audit', 'limin-test1') Failed for create() missing 1 required positional argument: 'name'
The error on the dashboard is: Unable to launch audit: xxx

This issue has been present in watcher-dashboard for a long time. Back porting to all currently supported OpenStack releases.
