Bug Description

When creating an audit with the name of strategy, goal or audit_template, it will get an exception:
<type 'tuple'>: (u'Expected a uuid or int but received workload_stabilization (HTTP 400)',)

Reason: Only creating audit with audit_template name will return failure and user can know the reason according to exception message. don't fix it.
