Bug Description

Just like in magnum (see https://github.com/openstack/magnum/blob/master/tox.ini), we need to add the bandit tox environment but we also need to amend the pep8 env to run it.

Existing errors with the 0.0.0.0 shall be fixed using the 127.0.0.1 binding instead.

    Add bandit in tox -e pep8

    Add bandit tox environment and amend pep8 env to run it.
    Also, fix bandit errors with "0.0.0.0".
