API shoud show Goal name instead of Goal UUID

Follow the implementation of https://blueprints.launchpad.net/watcher/+spec/get-goal-from-strategy, the API is fully working but it is not really practical. Indeed, we should add the "goal_name" and "strategy_name" fields and display them in lieu of "goal_uuid" and "strategy_uuid" respectively when using the Watcher CLI or the Watcher Dashboard.

    Replaced UUID of goal and strategy with name

    In this changeset, I updated the CLI to now display the names of
    the goal and strategy associated to an audit template
    (instead of their UUIDs).

    Use goal name as strategy list filter
