Bug Description
In order to facilitate the discovery of the various plugins installed either within Watcher itself or via some third-party libraries, we need to provide a command line that would do the discovery and display it via the command line.
This should help the administrator knowing if its plugin is correctly installed and give the related entry point name to be set in the Watcher configuration file.
