The message executor should work with "eventlet"

Bug Description

By default, the messaging executor is 'blocking' and it doesn't work with eventlet.
We need to fix that.


In watcher/common/messaging/, modify the build_server() method of MessagingHandler as followed:

    Update executor to eventlet

    Default 'blocking' executor handles only one message at once.
    'eventlet' executor is recommended.
