shorten long image paths

Bug Description
Deep directory structures produce long path names :)
For example, i have some files like
> /home/cweiske/
which make the wallpaper-stacks creator window go really big when wanting to see all columns (colums are not resizable - that should be changed, too!).
The image paths should be shortened to fit the column size, i.e.
- replace /home/cweiske/ with ~ if it's the user's home directory
- use dots for long directory names: ~/Bilder/
