Bug Description
Using Zorin 17 OS and installed Wallch to rotate desktop background through several images.
1. Have OS in light mode
2. Set image and rotation interval in Wallch
3. Start, note that rotation functions properly
4. Change OS to dark mode (manually or auto)
5. Note image immediately changes, but no longer rotates

Same problem here... except I'm not in "Dark Mode".
Wallpaper simply isn't changing on its own. No idea why.
Ubuntu 23.10 (yes, I know the app was originally written for Ubu v14.)
