Bug Description
Hi everyone,
there is an issue with showing the time in a correct format when using Wallpaper Clock.
My system (Ubuntu-Mate 16.04 LTS) is set to English format, but with regional formats for "German (Germany)". Therefore, the standard time format is 24h. However, the Wallpaper Clock shows the time in 12h-time-format with am/pm attached. It is not possible to change this behavior. Furthermore, in the time between 12:00 and 13:00 (or 12:00pm and 01:00pm), the Wallpaper Clock shows e.g. "00:20pm", which is wrong in both ways of showing time. The correct way would be "12:20pm".
