Bug Description

The dependency list for the 3.57 testing version has libopencv-highgui2.3 listed in the depends. The current version of this package is 2.4 on Ubuntu 64 13.04 raring. Wallch 3.57 is needed to allow picture of the day and Live Earth wallpapers to due to a change in the URL.

Wallch 3.0, which is in the sofware repository does not change Live Earth or Picture of the day, it just displays a blank page. This has been fixed in 3.57, but this does not install on Ubuntu 64 13.04.
