Add subscribtion via uri & podlove support

Hello,

many podcatchers support adding a subscription via a uri. E.g. gpodder via gpodder:///.

The awesome podlove project, that aims to make podcasting easier, more standardised and more pleasurable, has a subscription button that detects the platform of the user and provides buttons for different clients so the user can easily add the podcast without copying the RSS URL.

You can test it at:

(Shows different clients on different platforms. So test it on your mobile and other OSes.)
