Bug Description
Right now once an episode has been downloaded it gets flagged as such and the URI that gets returned from that point forward is the local path to the downloaded file.
The getter for the episode media path should check that a file exists before returning the local URI, so that if a file is missing it may be streamed or re-downloaded from the remote URI instead.
