Source port specified when creating rule

Bug Description

When a rule in VIO is created with egress setting the source port will be specified and not the destination port in nsx-t . Which means if you want to create a rule that will allow your vm to communicate with a web server on port 80 for example.. It can't as it will create a rule with 80 as the source port..
