Bug Description
Networking services provided from the NSX-v OpenStack plugin - DHCP, metadata, routing and loadbalancing - dont provide HA. They current leverage vSphere HA which takes about 2 minutes to bring the service back up. Customers need better failover behavior - potentially using NSX ESG HA.
