A port create command is issued on a network which is concurrently deleted. The logs appear to confirm that this is actually what's happening. This could probably happen if the network is removed from the database and the backend after the port is created in the DB but before it is removed from the backend.
If confirmed this could be the regression of a bug which was already fixed a while ago.

The MH plugin is no linger supported, so this should be set as won't fix
