Bug Description

$ uci-vms setup --ssh-keygen --download utopic-pristine
ERROR:
  command: ssh-keygen -f /home/vila/vms/utopic-pristine/ecdsa -N -t ecdsa -C utopic-pristine
  retcode: 1
  output: Generating public/private ecdsa key pair.
/home/vila/vms/utopic-pristine/ecdsa already exists.
Overwrite (y/n)?
  error:

--ssh-keygen should delete the keys if/when they exist
