Xen.convert does not rename image files

Bug Description

When creating a Xen based vm, convert cp's the resulting image files to the destdir, but does not rename the filenames from their original temporary names. The result are image files which are named as destdir/tmpoRepqq.

Although the resulting xen image works because the xen.conf file refers to the same name, it is quite an annoyance and also makes it impossible to distinguish between filesystems if the vm uses more than one.

Included is a patch which resolves this by naming the new file based off of the mount point of the filesystem. A mount point of '/' and None will be named 'root' and 'swap'.

I noticed the same thing with kvm based ubuntu guests. VMBuilder version is 0.12.4.r444.

I can confirm that this bug also hapens in precise amd64 with kvm. It would be fine if the image file use named just like the hostname.
