vmbuilder helper script not included

The script from http://people.ubuntu.com/~kirkland/ubuntu-vm-builder.html is not included in the main package, yet is a great piece of dcoumentation. It should be updated and included in the package. /usr/share/vmbuilder/helper.html seems like a great place.

I've attached an updated version of the script (adds keywords jaunty and karmic).

I've also made a second script that adds libvirt fields. They default to the values in the documentation, but could easily be made blank. Having these fields makes the script that much easier to use :)

If you use the --bridge switch, you don't need to modify the vmbuilder templates to use your bridge (I noted this in the community documentation https://help.ubuntu.com/community/KVM/Networking#Configuring ubuntu-vm-builder to create bridged guests by default )
