Bug Description
I'm running 8.2.0b on emacs 21.4. Recently I noticed that I can't display text attachments any more.
If I get a mail with a text/plain section with content-disposition attachment, it shows up as a bar as expected. When I click on it with button 2 I would expect it to be shown, but nothing happens. If I do "$ RET" or the same thing via the button 3 menu, the encoding indication changes from UTF-8 to us-ascii, but the message is still not shown.
If I try to save the attachment to a file, it works as expected, so I do have a workaround.

This is currently working for the version in the trunk. Can't say when it got fixed.
