Bug Description
If the summary buffer has thread-folding, then vm-next-message doesn't go to the next message when invoked in a Presentation buffer. This is the case even if the Summary buffer is invisible. Very confusing.
More generally, thread-folding should only affect the commands issued in the summary buffer. It shouldn't interfere with commands issued in Presentation buffer.
