Confusing text inserted by vm-save-all-attachments

When attachments are saved and deleted using `vm-save-all-attachments', it inserts a text description of the form

[Deleted shows that summary buffer skips an email]
[Saved to d:/Home/udr/mail/tmp/jakush.gif on MARUTI]

The first line is confusing because "Deleted" refers to the fact that the attachment was deleted. The remaining text is the original description.

Label things more clearly. For example:

[Attachment: shows that summary buffer skips an email]
[Deleted and saved to d:/Home/udr/mail/tmp/jakush.gif on MARUTI]
