Bug Description

When I save a message that is already marked as 'filed', vm is reporting '0 messages saved to <folderfilename>'. It is saving the message. It's just the reporting that is wrong.

Looks like rev 1295 is the culprit. Reverting the first diff hunk (for vm-save-message-to-local-folder) fixes it. I have not looked to see if vm-save-message-to-imap-folder has the same problem.

vm-save-message-to-imap-folder does not have the same problem that vm-save-message-to-local-folder does (as of rev 1335). The imap flavor correctly reports '1 message save to <imapfoldername>'.
