vm-mail should pick up recipients from the current message

When `vm-mail' is invoked from a VM folder, it should pick up the recipient list from the current message, perhaps controlled via a user option.

Without it, people tend to use `vm-reply', which messes up message threading.

With 8.2.0b, I am getting:

when I try to use vm-mail

I moved away my ~/.vm to verify it wasn't one of my vm settings.

It needs an autoload. If you load vm-reply ahead of time, you can get
around the problem.

VM-Pcrisis doesn't fire up for this. It should fill in the "From" header.

Revision 1359 adds a new command `vm-mail-from-folder' (bound to `m' in VM buffers), which allows all this processing, including VM-Pcrisis manipulation.

The variable `vm-mail-use-sender-address' only has effect when this command is invoked, not when the standard `vm-mail' command is invoked.
